Lomi in Motion

In this seminar we take a big step further into Hawaiian bodywork:
A third dimension is added: space. As if dancing, you are moving your massage partner with fluidity and ease. They appear weightless. You use dynamic changes of position, playful elements of surprise and at the same time give support. Your Lomi massage ritual gains completely new possibilities of free design.

You are in the right place if you have attended modules 1-4, practice regularly, and are confident in advanced techniques.

Why three-dimensional?

This new spectrum of movement enables a letting go of the mind on a very deep level. The notions of of space and time disappear, the perception of one's own position in space is almost lost.

Through a tension arc of different dynamic elements, deep "e-motions" can be "flushed out", which are then integrated into stillness and peace.

Key Points

• Complex movement sequences in massage are now possible and are adapted to the three-dimensional space . You learn to work from your body centre, to apply specific lifting techniques and turns as well as use the laws of gravity and movement. You give loving support where it is needed and playfully combine the basic elements of Lomi.We deepen our practice of reading the body and use this understanding as a key. The client is the actual "leader" of the massage: their impulse to move is used as inspiration, supported and amplified, and integrated into a dance-like massage. This creates an organic flow that enables a completely new spectrum of movement.
• Emotional process work. Through these new elements of movement, you can make your massages more experimental, exciting and creative. Your perception and intuition naturally expands so that you can attune your touch and your breath to the emotional state of the client. Intensive process work is possible at this level, touching the soul, deeply cleansing and thus transforming.
• The art of four- or multi-handed Lomi massages. The seminar "Lomi in Motion" offers the possibility to work in threes at a massage table, to inspire and support each other - and of course to enjoy four-handed massages yourself.
