OUR TRAINING:
WELL-FOUNDED, INTENSIVE & PRACTICAL
The content and structure of our training are based on our own experiences. We have selected and refined the most effective techniques from the complex teaching material, following the Hawaiian tradition as closely as possible. With this wealth of living knowledge, you will be able to intuitively and freely design your own massages in a short period of time.
Our training modules build on each other in a targeted manner and meet all learners individually at their level of prior knowledge. Our concept continues to grow and change through reflection, supervision and feedback from participants.
Our methods are based on the traditional teaching of the Hawaiian shaman and Kahuna "Abraham Kawai'i" and are free of dogma, religion or fixed styles.
Developing your own presence and individual expression is important to us and is something we encourage.

Structure of our TRAINING PROGRAM
BEFORE THE TRAINING BEGINS
- Introductory meeting: We arrange a personal telephone conversation with each participant in advance so that we can get to know each other.
- Lomi massage: A professional Lomi massage is a prerequisite for your training with us. If you receive it from us, you can get to know us and our understanding of Lomi personally.
BETWEEN THE MODULES WE OFFER
- Supervision in individual training sessions,
- Lomi workshops (Lomi practice days) in small groups,
- Access to a selected and supra-regional Lomi network,
- professional massages for self-discovery and
- exchange with each other.
AT THE END OF TRAINING
The BASIC Training with the ‘LOMI BASIC PRACTITIONER’ certificate.
You will be able to give a 2-hour Lomi massage with complex movement sequences, accompany the client emotionally and use your breath consciously.
The ADVANCED Training course with the ‘LOMI ADVANCED PRACTITIONER’ certificate.
Your massage will now resemble a dance: you will move fluidly around the massage table, turning your clients in different ways and sitting them up. You will build up tension and read the body intuitively. With your hands and in connection with your breath, you will sense what your clients need. You will develop an individual massage style and can also provide therapeutic support and assistance with emotional issues.
HOW LONG DOES THE LOMI TRAINING TAKE?
Each seminar consists of 4 full days (Thu-Sun).
You can book individual seminars according to your previous knowledge.
The BASIC and ADVANCED training courses (as a package) each last approx. 6-9 months (depending on whether they start in spring or autumn).
If you decide to do the entire training course, it will take approx. 1-1.5 years. Here, you will be part of a fixed annual group.
