LOMI TRAINING BERLIN - Terms and Conditions / Conditions of Participation
- Verbal or written registration (e-mail or mobile text or voice message) for a seminar is binding.
- A seminar place can only be guaranteed when payment has been received in full or as the agreed first installment.
- In case of cancellation up to 8 weeks before the start of the seminar, a cancellation fee of 20% of the seminar price will be charged.
- In case of cancellation, regardless of the reason for the cancellation, the following refund claim exists:
a) after the full seminar price has already been paid:
> 8 weeks before the start of the training, 80% of the seminar fee
8 - 4 weeks before the start of the training, 50% of the seminar fee
4 - 0 weeks before the start of the training, 0% of the seminar fee
b) In the case of installments still to be paid, the final payment is due in accordance
with the regulation. - In case of non-attendance and premature cancellation (also due to illness), all costs for the seminar including accommodation and meals will be due for payment.
- Cancellation must be made in writing by e-mail.
- If a course has to be canceled by the seminar management, the seminar participant has no right to reimbursement of any costs incurred (loss of earnings, travel, accommodation costs, etc.). Course fees that have already been paid will of course be refunded.
- Claims for damages against the organizer and the lecturers are excluded. Liability for damages is limited to gross negligence and intent.
- Seminar participants undertake to take care of their own insurance coverage (accident, liability, etc.) and stay on the event premises at their own risk.
- During applications, demonstrations and exercises that seminar participants perform on other participants and clients, seminar participants act at their own risk and assume full responsibility for their participation.
- Our seminars are not a substitute for medical and psychiatric treatment.
- Participation in our seminars is not possible if participants are currently contagiously ill and thereby endanger other participants.
- Health restrictions are to be communicated at the time of seminar registration. This also includes limitations of emotional resilience and current relevant crisis situations in life.
- All of the above regulations also apply to supervision and individual treatments / massages.
- The place of jurisdiction is Berlin. Special regulations require the written form.
Our recommendation:
To avoid financial losses in case of cancellation of a seminar participation due to illness, accident or unemployment - also within the family, we recommend to take out a seminar insurance (travel cancellation insurance).

If you cannot be present for the entire duration of the seminar, please contact us. For many seminars, the start and certain days are crucial. If a participant leaves a seminar early, he/she is not entitled to a refund.

The participation fee corresponds to the seminar fee including applicable taxes.
Accommodation and meals (if possible and booked) are to be paid separately.

All courses are based on respectful interaction with each other and adherence to hygienic principles. This includes short and well-groomed nails as well as regular disinfection.
