LOMI TRAINING BERLIN - Terms and Conditions / Conditions of Participation

1. Verbal or written registration (e-mail or mobile text or voice message) for a seminar is binding.
2. A seminar place can only be guaranteed when payment has been received in full or as the agreed first installment.
3. In case of cancellation up to 8 weeks before the start of the seminar, a cancellation fee of 20% of the seminar price will be charged.
4. In the event of cancellation, regardless of the reason, the following refund entitlements apply:
   a) after the full seminar price has already been paid:
   More than 8 weeks before the training begins: 80% of the seminar fee.
   8 - 4 weeks before the start of the training, 50% of the seminar fee
   4 - 0 weeks before the start of the training, 0% of the seminar fee
   b) In the case of installments still to be paid, the final payment is due in accordance
   with the regulation.
5. In the event of non-attendance or early withdrawal (including due to illness), all costs for the seminar, including accommodation and meals, remain payable in full.
6. Cancellation must be made in writing by e-mail.
7. If a course has to be canceled by the seminar management, the seminar participant has no right to reimbursement of any costs incurred (loss of earnings, travel, accommodation costs, etc.). Course fees that have already been paid will of course be refunded.
8. Claims for damages against the organiser and instructors are excluded. Liability for damages is limited to gross negligence and intentional misconduct.
9. Seminar participants are responsible for arranging their own Insurance coverage (accident and liability insurance) and are on the seminar premises at their own risk.
10. During treatments, demonstrations or exercises carried out on other participants or clients, seminar participants act at their own risk and assume full responsibility for their participation.
11. Our seminars are not a substitute for medical or psychiatric treatment.
12. Participation in our seminars is not possible if participants are currently contagiously ill and thereby endanger other participants.
13. Any health limitations must be disclosed when registering for the seminar. These include limitations in emotional resilience and any significant life crises you are currently experiencing.
14. Use of Seminar Content and Materials: The content taught is intended for participants’ own learning and application in their own massage and bodywork practice, including treatments for clients. Our seminar materials, as well as the teaching concepts, instructions and exercise sequences specifically developed by us, may not be used in participants’ own or third-party courses, workshops, training programmes or teaching materials without our prior express consent in text form, including by email. This applies equally to excerpts and adapted versions. Without such consent, seminar materials may not be shared with third parties, published or reproduced beyond participants’ own learning needs.
15. All of the above provisions also apply to supervision sessions and individual treatments/massages.
16. The place of jurisdiction is Berlin.
17. Special arrangements must be made in writing.

Our recommendation:

To protect yourself against financial losses if you need to cancel your seminar participation due to illness, an accident or unemployment—including within your family—we recommend taking out seminar cancellation insurance (travel cancellation insurance).

What do I do if I have to arrive or depart later?
If you are unable to attend the entire seminar, please make sure to discuss this with us in advance. For many seminars, the opening session and certain days are particularly important. Participants who leave a seminar early are not entitled to a refund.

What is included in the price?
The participation fee corresponds to the seminar fee including applicable taxes.
Accommodation and meals (if possible and booked) are to be paid separately.

What do I need to bring?
A list of what to bring will be sent to you along with your participation confirmation.

What rules do I have to follow on site?
All courses require mindful interaction with one another and adherence to basic hygiene standards. These include keeping nails short and clean and disinfecting hands regularly.
