LOMI TRAINING BERLIN - Terms and Conditions / Conditions of Participation

1. Verbal or written registration (e-mail or mobile text or voice message) for a seminar is binding.
2. A seminar place can only be guaranteed when payment has been received in full or as the agreed first installment.
3. In case of cancellation up to 8 weeks before the start of the seminar, a cancellation fee of 20% of the seminar price will be charged.
4. In case of cancellation, regardless of the reason for the cancellation, the following refund claim exists:
   a) after the full seminar price has already been paid:
   > 8 weeks before the start of the training, 80% of the seminar fee
   8 - 4 weeks before the start of the training, 50% of the seminar fee
   4 - 0 weeks before the start of the training, 0% of the seminar fee
   b) In the case of installments still to be paid, the final payment is due in accordance
   with the regulation.
5. Bei Nichterscheinen und bei vorzeitigem Abbruch (auch aufgrund von Krankheit) werden sämtliche Kosten für das Seminar inkl. Unterkunft und Verpflegung zur Zahlung fällig.
6. Cancellation must be made in writing by e-mail.
7. If a course has to be canceled by the seminar management, the seminar participant has no right to reimbursement of any costs incurred (loss of earnings, travel, accommodation costs, etc.). Course fees that have already been paid will of course be refunded.
8. Claims for damages against the organizer and the lecturers are excluded. Liability for damages is limited to gross negligence and intent.
9. Die Seminarteilnehmenden verpflichten sich, für seinen Versicherungsschutz (Unfall, Haftpflicht etc.) selbst zu sorgen und halten sich auf dem Veranstaltungsgelände auf eigene Gefahr auf.
10. Bei Anwendungen, Demonstrationen und Übungen, die Seminarteilnehmende an anderen Teilnehmenden und KlientInnen vornehmen, handeln die Seminarteilnehmenden auf eigene Gefahr und Risiko und übernehmen die volle Verantwortung für die Teilnahme.
11. Our seminars are not a substitute for medical and psychiatric treatment.
12. Participation in our seminars is not possible if participants are currently contagiously ill and thereby endanger other participants.
13. Health restrictions are to be communicated at the time of seminar registration. This also includes limitations of emotional resilience and current relevant crisis situations in life.
14. Alle vorgenannten Regelungen gelten ebenso für Supervisionen und Einzelbehandlungen/Massagen.
15. Der Gerichtsstand ist Berlin.
16. Sonderregelungen bedürfen der Schriftform.

Damit bei Stornierung einer Seminarteilnahme aufgrund von Erkrankung, Unfall oder Arbeitslosigkeit – auch innerhalb der Familie, keine finanziellen Verluste entstehen, empfehlen wir Dir eine Seminarversicherung abzuschließen. (Reiserücktrittsversicherung).

What do I do if I have to arrive or depart later?
Falls Du nicht während der ganzen Seminarzeit anwesend sein kannst, halte bitte unbedingt Rücksprache mit uns. Für viele Seminare sind gerade der Einstieg und bestimmte Tage entscheidend. Verlässt ein/e Teilnehmer:in ein Seminar vorzeitig, hat er/sie keinen Anspruch auf Rückzahlung.

What is included in the price?
The participation fee corresponds to the seminar fee including applicable taxes.
Accommodation and meals (if possible and booked) are to be paid separately.

How can I contact the organizers?

What do I need to bring?
Eine Mitbringliste wird Dir mit der Teilnahmebestätigung zugeschickt.

What rules do I have to follow on site?
Bei allen Kursangeboten gilt der achtsame Umgang miteinander und die Einhaltung hygienischer Grundsätze. Hierzu gehören kurze und gepflegte Nägel, genauso wie die regelmäßige Desinfektion.
